Polyfill quilted lining.  Accented with reflective stripe tape, utility pocket on sleeve and side zippers for belt access.  Two front double-entry pockets, chest pockets and inner cell phone pocket and Velcro closure. Open bottom and Velcro cuff closure. The 8930 Courier comes equipped with everything you need to prepare you for the rain.
